Course Details:
This covers a wide range of topics, which will be useful for conveyancers, and support staff of all levels. Areas covered include:
- guidance on execution of deeds and how to ensure your execution clause is compliant
- the purpose and effect of the different types of official searches and how to apply for an official search
- advice on how to avoid requisitions on applications and HM Land Registry’s procedure when a requisition does not need to be raised
- HM Land Registry’s practices relating to address for service, including who requires an address for service, acceptable addresses for service and how to change an address
- guidance on what evidence of identity is required for applications and how it should be given.

Online:
Home or from work. Courses shall be conducted online in a live workshop setting, where you will have the opportunity to interact with your trainer and other participants.
In Person:
Courses can be delivered in person where one of our company trainers will attend your place of work and conduct the training session on a face-to-face basis (option is available only for 10+ delegates).
