Course Details:

This covers a wide range of topics, which will be useful for conveyancers, and support staff of all levels. Areas covered include:

• guidance on execution of deeds and how to ensure your execution clause is compliant
• the purpose and effect of the different types of official searches and how to apply for an official search
• advice on how to avoid requisitions on applications and HM Land Registry’s procedure when a requisition does not need to be raised
• HM Land Registry’s practices relating to address for service, including who requires an address for service, acceptable addresses for service and how to change an address
• guidance on what evidence of identity is required for applications and how it should be given.
