Course Details:

This course bundle has been designed to allow the conveyancer to participate in the more complex courses, while the assistant can participate in the courses designed to assist a conveyancer. Areas covered under this bundle include:

  • the procedure to follow when applying for first registration of an unregistered estate
  • the nature and effect of a caution is explained as well as the processes involved in registering and dealing with caution titles
  • the procedure to follow when applying for adverse possession of registered land and what to do if served with notice of such an application
  • guidance on the execution of deeds and how to ensure your execution clause is compliant
  • guidance on what evidence HM Land Registry requires when an attorney is used to execute a deed
  • the purpose and effect of the different types of official searches are discussed and how to apply for an official search
  • the different types of notices and restrictions are explained and how to register them. The effect of existing registered notices and restrictions on new applications are also discussed
  • how to make an application to protect, renew or cancel a home rights notice arising under the Family Law Act 1996
  • advice on how to deal with compulsory and voluntary registration aspects of leasehold estates
  • how to avoid requisitions and what to do if they arise.

Online:

Home or from work. Courses shall be conducted online in a live workshop setting, where you will have the opportunity to interact with your trainer and other participants.

In Person:

Courses can be delivered in person where one of our company trainers will attend your place of work and conduct the training session on a face-to-face basis (option is available only for 10+ delegates).
